Passion and patience perfectly describe Ibty. She’s deeply dedicated to helping her clients discover their personal style, achieve the look they desire, and walk away feeling confident and happy. Whether it's a full makeover, a precision haircut, or a customized color, Ibty brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to every appointment.
Her career has taken her through extensive training at top institutions including the Wella Academy in New York, Redken, and with some of the best stylists in Virginia and Saint Germain in Washington, D.C. Today, she continues her craft at Ibty’s Salon, located in the Chevy Chase Arcade Mall—where passion, fun, and professionalism come together in every service.

Isabel
Isabel’s greatest strength in the hair industry lies in her love, passion, and radiant smile—combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. A true artist with a magical touch and a keen eye for detail, Isabel discovered her passion for hair while working as a nail technician, lash specialist, and makeup artist.
Now, with over eight years of experience, she continues to invest in her growth through ongoing education. Known for her effortless, urban style and warm personality, Isabel creates a welcoming environment where clients feel confident and cared for.
Outside the salon, she enjoys staying active and always strives to look and give her best—both personally and professionally.
Hamza
Based in Washington, D.C., Hamza brings a polished and personable approach to front desk management at Ibtys Salon. With a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality, he seamlessly blends professional training with a naturally warm, service-focused demeanor to create an exceptional guest experience from the very first interaction.
Hamza is known for his genuine hospitality and calm, solution-oriented attitude. Whether he’s managing appointments, smoothing out scheduling conflicts, or offering a thoughtful welcome, he approaches every task with care and professionalism.
